Cecilie Espolin Johnson
Cecilie started SENSE yoga in 2024 and is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha instructor. She is further specialized in prenatal yoga.
Cecilie wants to help people feel connected with themselves on a deeper level. She brings a calming energy into the sessions and leaves you feeling alive and present in your body.
She puts great emphasis on music, and evoking the senses through essential oils and visual effects.
Cecilie teaches in Norwegian and English.

Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Ingrid Aagenæs
Ingrid is a yoga and pilates instructor who has taught for several years in Australia, Denmark and now in Norway.
She has practiced yoga for 10 years and currently teaches vinyasa, yin and pilates. She did her first Pilates training in Australia where she started teaching everything from one-to-one lessons to larger classes.
Ingrid likes to explore many forms of yoga and mindfulness techniques, both in her own practice and when she teaches. The lessons are therefore flexible and adapted to the participants and the energy in the room.
Her hope is to be able to inspire people through her passion for health, wellness and an urban sustainable lifestyle.
Ingrid teaches in Norwegian and English.

Kaja Borgen
Kaja Borgen has a 300hr Yoga Alliance Certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. She has also taken courses in meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, pilates, yoga for weight loss, and more.
Her clients include professional athletes, seniors, kids, and everyone in between.
Kaja teaches a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga - always adjusting to the level of her students. Music and rhythm, essential oils, lavender-infused eye pillows, and singing bowls are all important elements in her classes.
Kaja aims to give her students a feeling of well-being and ends each class with a positive and calm energy.

Ida Marie Wallem
Ida is a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher (RYT 650). In addition to being a dedicated yoga teacher and practioner, she has been working with mental health for many years.
Ida has a holistic approach to yoga and wants people to achieve a stronger connection with their body, mind and spirit.
Her style is powerful and fluid, but she adopts to all levels. Alignment, technique and breath is a big part of her classes.
Ida teaches in Norwegian and English.
