A pause from the noise...

You move through your days surrounded by noise. Screens, notifications, a hundred small decisions before the morning is even over. Somewhere in all of it, it's easy to lose touch with yourself.

A SENSE retreat is a pause from that noise. A chance to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself — in the calm of Nordic nature, by the Oslofjord.

A journey through the senses

Every SENSE retreat is different — but each one is built around the senses. When you tune in to what you can hear, smell, taste, touch, see, and feel within, the noise of the mind quietly falls away.

Our next retreat...

The Mother Retreat

The Mother Retreat er en sanselig pause bygget spesielt for mødre — enten du er nybakt eller midt i det. Ingen forventninger om at du skal prestere noe. Ingen to-do liste. Ingen du skal passe på. Bare rom til å lande, kjenne etter, og komme litt mer hjem til deg selv.

How it started...

Hi, I'm Cecilie.

I created SENSE because I know what it feels like to run on empty — to be so busy holding everything together that you forget to breathe.

In all the busyness, we lose touch with who we really are. Yoga became my ticket back to an authentic life. Every time I step onto the mat, I remember who I am.

And along the way, I discovered the quiet power of mindfulness — how using the senses, deliberately, can bring you back to the present.

Because the truth is this: so many of us are either aching over the past or anxious about the future. It's no way to live — and it keeps the nervous system locked in survival mode.

But life can be so beautiful when we learn to tune into the present moment. That's when we feel alive. That's when we wake up.

"Utrolig spennende konsept, jeg har ikke gjort yoga før dette, men dette var både gøy og samtidig utrolig beroligende og deilig for alle sanser."
